Cost: $495

Rev. Suzanne Loo-McCoy to officiate your wedding.
Customized wedding ceremony written especially for you. You will receive Intimate Sedona Wedding factsheets necessary to complete personalizing of the ceremony and will include consultation time (in person in Sedona or by phone and/or email).
Includes one hour wedding planning consultation, again by phone/email or in person in Sedona.
Obtaining the permit for your selected trail site from the Sedona Forest Service, if needed.
A "Remembrance Booklet" - A special parchment paper copy of your ceremony as a keepsake.
Assistance with filing your marriage license after the ceremony.

Added Bonus: Full Amplification - So that all your guests may hear your beautiful ceremony! Included in this service Rev. Suzanne will provide at no extra charge to you, a portable amplifier that will provide sound for up to 125+ guests, please inquire if you would like this feature added to your Simply Intimate Officiant Package.

Consultation Service

Cost: $125 per hour by phone and/or email, or in person in Sedona

For those couples who would like to create their own custom package. You do the planning, contacting and contracting of all your vendors and save money!
Vendor information may include: photographers, videographers, florist, cake designers, psychics, musicians, ceremony site selections and reception locations, hairdressers etc.

Bonus: If you decide to use my officiating services for your day, the Simply Intimate Officiant Service, after contracting for the Consultation Service, that fee will be absorbed into the total officiating fee and rewritten into a new contract.
