Cost: $125 per hour by phone, email, or in person in Sedona.

I will help you to match vendors best suited to your needs; you do the contracting and save money!

I minimize your phones calls and visits to vendors by giving you the information needed to help you make your choices easier and less hectic.
May include information on; photographers, videographers, florists, cake designers, psychics, musicians, ceremony site selections and reception locations, hairdressers, etc.

Cost: $450

Rev. Suzanne Loo-McCoy to officiate your wedding.
Customized wedding ceremony written especially for you. You will receive Intimate Sedona Wedding factsheets necessary to complete personalizing of the ceremony and will include consultation time (in person in Sedona or by phone and/or email).
Includes one hour wedding planning consultation, again by phone/email or in person in Sedona.
Obtaining the permit for your selected trail site from the Sedona Forest Service, if needed.
A “Remembrance Booklet” - A special parchment paper copy of your ceremony as a keepsake.
Assistance with filing your marriage license after the ceremony.
